Civil Tech provided the City of Mitcham with a Design & Construct solution for this project, assisting in managing contaminated soils at the site.

Based on the initial concept provided by the City of Mitcham, Civil Tech optimized the design levels, redesigned the stormwater system, realigned paths to meet DDA access requirements, and incorporated a natural rock retaining wall into the design.

• Demolition of existing homes

• Construction of a 39-space car park using both asphalt and permeable paving

• Integrated stormwater detention, storage, and treatment system

• Landscaping and lighting installation
