Victor Harbor Oval Carpark Construction Works Completed!

This works included in this are, but not limited to:

• Provision of traffic management to ensure safe access for the general community.

• Demolition and disposal of existing pavement, kerbing and storm water infrastructure as specified on approved design drawings.

• Reinstatement of all pavements, verges, footpaths, and other areas affected by the works, soil erosion and drainage management during construction clean-up and demobilisation.

• Pavement construction including asphalt carpark, kerbing and concrete area.

• Construction of Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD) garden beds and provision of planting elements as specified on the approved design drawings.

• Protection of trees and existing landscaping within the site.

• Location and identification of underground and overhead services. Protection of services during construction works.

• Storm water infrastructure including pipes, pits, and connections of existing downpipes to the new infrastructure.

• Lighting and electrical infrastructure including connection to existing switchboards as specified on approved design drawings.
