With a strong pipeline of work, we are looking for Civil Engineers, Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Leading Hands, Civil Workers and Operators (Skidsteer and Excavator) of all levels of experience.

Civil Engineers
The Civil Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects. This role involves applying technical knowledge to ensure projects meet specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in project management, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality civil works.
Project Managers
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing resources, and mitigating risks to achieve project objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with experience in project planning, execution, and team management.
Site Supervisors
The Site Supervisor is responsible for leading, engaging, and collaborating with a team to deliver civil works projects efficiently and effectively. This role involves supervising daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing resources, and maintaining communication with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Plant Operators (Excavator, Skid Steer)
The Plant Operators are responsible for operating heavy machinery, such as excavators and skid steers, to perform various tasks on construction sites. This role involves executing precise operations, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with plant equipment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under supervision to contribute to the successful completion of construction projects.
Civil Workers/Labourers
The Labourer is responsible for supporting construction projects by performing a range of tasks as required. This role involves working in a utility capacity, transitioning between duties to meet project demands. The ideal candidate will possess diverse experience and demonstrate the ability to work effectively under supervision to ensure the successful completion of assigned tasks.
